When you create an account, we store your email address and a credit balance in our database (Supabase). Your account identity is managed by Clerk, which stores your name, email, and authentication credentials on your behalf.
When you generate a resume or cover letter, the job description and your profile information (brain dump, work history) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your documents. We do not store your resume content, job descriptions, or brain dump on our servers. That data exists only in your browser's local storage.

All payments are processed by Stripe. LandIt never sees or stores your card number or payment details. Stripe handles all payment security and compliance.
LandIt uses cookies only for authentication (managed by Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your account data (email, credit balance) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will remove your data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@landit.app.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
