These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FightATS ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at fightats.com. By creating an account or using FightATS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
FightATS is an AI-powered tool that helps job seekers create tailored resumes and cover letters. Documents are generated using large language models. FightATS is a productivity aid — we make no guarantee that generated documents will result in interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FightATS. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. FightATS is intended for personal use in your own job search — not for commercial reselling or generating documents on behalf of others at scale.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at supportfightats@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to FightATS, including your work history, profile information, and job descriptions. By using FightATS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested documents.

Important: AI-generated resumes and cover letters may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that does not accurately reflect your experience. Always review, verify, and edit your documents before submitting them to employers. Submitting false or misleading information to employers is your responsibility.

FightATS operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating documents.
Because credits are a digital consumable, we generally do not offer refunds on used credits. However, if you experience a technical failure where credits were deducted but no document was generated, contact us at supportfightats@gmail.com within 14 days and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.
If you have unused credits from a purchase and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy.
The FightATS platform, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.
The AI-generated documents you produce using your own content belong to you.
FightATS integrates with third-party providers including Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (database). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.
FightATS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightATS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, career outcomes, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of FightATS shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Your use of FightATS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at supportfightats@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FightATS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
